You can continue browsing the collection — your items will remain in your basket, which you can access anytime by clicking the bag icon in the top right corner. Please note that items in your basket are not reserved until checkout.
Ready to place your order?
When you’ve finished shopping, click the bag icon to review your items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities before selecting ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You’ll then be directed to a simple, secure payment page to complete your details.
Please note: Once your tracking number has been issued, no further changes can be made to your order. This ensures your items are dispatched promptly without delay.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Arden Mae Manchester offers free delivery within the United Kingdom.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes — all orders are shipped with a tracking number. You’ll receive an email containing your tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched. Please allow a few hours for tracking updates to appear.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We process orders as quickly as possible. If your order is placed on a weekday before 11:00 PM, we aim to prepare it the same day. As many items are shipped directly from our trusted partners, the average delivery time is 5–14 working days.
NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to your nearest Royal Mail collection point or delivery partner’s depot. You’ll receive a card or notification with details on where and when to collect it.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. As we process orders quickly, there’s only a short window to make changes. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@ardenmaemanchester.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Arden Mae Manchester is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking status shows as ‘delivered’ but you have not received your parcel, please inform us. After 14 days, we can assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
