IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM
If you’ve received the wrong item or one that is faulty, please contact us at info@ardenmaemanchester.com so we can assist you further.

RETURNS POLICY
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Once we receive your return, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, have been opened, or are not in their original condition.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Request a return form:
    Email us at info@ardenmaemanchester.com to request your return form.

  2. Send the completed form and product photos:
    Once you’ve filled in the form, please attach clear photos of the items and send everything to info@ardenmaemanchester.com.

  3. Label your parcel “Return”:
    Clearly mark the word “Return” on the outside of your parcel.

  4. Use a tracked service:
    Return your parcel using a registered and insured postal service to ensure safe delivery.

  5. Send us your tracking details:
    Please share your tracking number with us at info@ardenmaemanchester.com.

RETURN CONDITIONS & GUIDELINES

  • Product condition: All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs: Please note that we currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Secure packaging: Ensure your items are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

  • Tracked postage: Always use a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the sender’s address, as these cannot be processed.

Please note that our returns centre is located abroad, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
